Oxe eye Daisy- Also in the same family of camomile, daisy has a mild sedative effect and can promote relxation
Lilacs-Intoxicating scent that relaxes the body and mind, similar to lavender. Also known as a fever reducer.
Yarrow- mild sedative, calms anxiety and nervousness. Fever reducer.
