Dandelions..... Those pesky darn weeds, they cover your lawns, the boulevards and to most people they are unsightly. Me, i love them. They are beautiful, the heads are tasty eaten right off the plant, and extremely healthy for you. my dandelions have been harvested by hand, in the wild Alberta.
